This time of year makes me happy! I can put on makeup and fix my hair and not sweat through it, I can leave my windows open and air out the house, I can see the beautiful colors that God has put in place for us.
We have had so many things going on lately. We just finished our 4th Annual Home Missions Conference at church. Wow! There are just no words to describe it. God was surely there, but it felt as if He was actively moving in the Thursday night meeting. People were at the alter, they were in their seats praying and many tears were shed with repentant hearts...and all this BEFORE the preaching! It was wonderful!
Michaela is doing very well with her braces and expander. She is on her way with getting that expander taken out. November 23rd is the magic day! It will be 5 months to the day that she got it put in. She is very excited! She is very happy that she has a beautiful smile now. Still more work to do, but much better than it was.
John is doing very well in school and in orchestra. He is 3rd chair out of 10 cellist. Michaela is also playing the violin now in orchestra. She is a beginner and they are forward to the day that they can play together.
I guess that is all for now. I had my typing interrupted so I am not thinking as straight as I was a few hours ago. Maybe tomorrow will be a bit better :)
